1.    Place order

Once you have chosen one of our products, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button.

Using the "show" link in the shopping cart sidebar, you can conveniently access your shopping cart, where you can view and change the contents at any time.

To order the selected products, click on the "Complete order" button and let us guide you step by step through our secure ordering process.

In the next steps your personal data and the payment method will be requested. It is possible to specify a different shipping address and to have your parcel delivered to an address of your choice. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

In the last step, you can check and correct all the details in the order overview.

The order process is only complete when you click on the "Order with an obligation to pay" button to confirm.

2.    Minimum order value

The minimum order value is EUR 25.

3.    Do I need to register to be able to order from the FALLER online shop?

Yes. If you have not yet set up a customer account, please click on the "New Customer" link in the "My Faller" area and follow the instructions.

4.    How do I register for the FALLER online shop?

You can register for the FALLER online shop by creating an account for the personal "My FALLER" area. Please click on the "New Customer" link and follow the instructions.

Your email address is also your username. Assign a strong password (min. 8 characters, consisting of letters and numbers or special characters).

5.    Can I also order by phone or email?

Please understand that we cannot accept orders by email, letter, telephone or fax. Orders can only be placed via the FALLER online shop.

6.    Will I get confirmation that my order has been received?

Yes. As soon as we have received your order, you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

7.    Why am I not receiving an order confirmation/shipping confirmation?

Please check the spam/junk folder of your email inbox.

Another possibility could be that a different email address was accidentally entered during the order process.

8.    Can I cancel my order or change it later?

Please understand that we cannot make any changes or cancellations once the order confirmation has been sent.

Following receipt of the goods you may exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you have any modification requests, please place a new order.
