1.    I have forgotten my password. What do I do now?

Request a new password by clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the "My FALLER" login page.

Please enter your registered email address and click "Send change password link".

You will immediately receive a link prompting you to assign a new password to the email address stored in your "My FALLER" account.

Check the inbox for this email address.

2.    I have forgotten my email address / username. What do I do now?

In this event, please contact us by email at: vertrieb@faller.de.

Please specify the following personal data in your email for identification purposes:

- First name
- surname
- full address (street/no., postal code, city, country).

3.    Why can’t I log in to my customer account?

Please check if the email address / username and password combination is correct.

When entering the password, pay attention to upper and lower case characters as well as to any spaces.

You also have the option of requesting a new password link via the "Forgot password" function.

4.    How can I change my account details?

To change your "My FALLER" account information, log in to "My FALLER" with your email address / username and password.

After logging in, you can independently make changes to your personal data under "My Data".

5.    How can I deactivate my customer account?

You can deactivate your "My FALLER" account at any time.

To do this, you need to give us written notice by email to vertrieb@faller.de or by fax to +49 (0)7723 651-455123, including the following personal data: First name, surname, full address (street/no., postal code, city, country).

We will then immediately initiate the deactivation of your customer account.
