Should you require a wearing part, should you not be able to handle one of our construction kits or building elements, should an important part be missing or constructional error have occurred - more often than not, we have spare parts. Our employees help quickly and without red tape.
Requesting spare parts:
- Item number
- Model name
- Moulded part and part number
- For shells and decorative parts please also indicate the code number
- Address
In case of complaints we shall also require the invoice voucher documenting your purchase.
The period of guarantee is 24 months.
